Cards
Card Services
A card in every eligible hand, backed by the same ledger institutions already trust.
Refah cards turn a welfare, salary, or program payment into something people can actually use. Institutions load value onto a card; the holder spends it with merchants, withdraws when needed, or keeps a balance for later. Every authorization is checked against program rules, so funds stay on purpose.
Ministries, employers, and aid programs that need a controlled way to put money in people’s hands.
How it works
- 01
Enroll
The institution registers beneficiaries or staff and assigns a card product.
- 02
Load
Approved amounts are pushed to the card from the program account.
- 03
Spend or withdraw
Holders pay merchants or cash out through the Refah network.
- 04
Reconcile
The institution sees what moved, what is pending, and what remains.
