Agreement
These terms govern use of the Refah Payment System (RPS) website, account applications, and related online materials. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who we are
Refah Payment System is a payment service provider licensed by Da Afghanistan Bank. We operate rails for cards, cash-in, cash-out, purchase, transfers, and assured payouts for institutions and holders in Afghanistan.
The website is not a login factory
Submitting an account request does not create credentials, approve a merchant, or file a POS Machine, Change Agent, or Cancel Contract request. Staff review applications. Operational requests are made only after an RPS login is issued.
Acceptable use
You may use this site to learn about RPS, request an account, and — once issued credentials — sign in to your profile. You may not probe, scrape, or interfere with the site, impersonate RPS, or submit false application data.
Content and marks
The RPS name, logo, and site copy are owned by Refah Payment System. You may not copy them for another product or present this site as belonging to another company.
No professional advice
Material on this website is general information about RPS services. It is not legal, accounting, or regulatory advice, and it does not replace a written contract or program rules for a specific disbursement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Afghan law, RPS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Live payment operations remain subject to the contracts, limits, and program rules that apply to your account.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
